My philosophy: leadership is a whole-body experience
"Leadership is a whole-body experience. My philosophy integrates somatic healing to reconnect you with physical wisdom, storytelling and play to build community and reconnect with your inner self, and mindfulness and nature to ground your resilience and professional and personal growth. If you are a leader, educator, facilitator, creator, parent, or healer, my services are designed for you. It is built to help you stay grounded, curious, and connected while you lead, create, and support others to thrive."
What is somatic healing?
Somatic healing is a holistic process that helps you to (re)connect with the wisdom of your body.
The approach
What are the five elements of Whole Human Leadership?
Every coaching session, workshop and retreat draws on five elements that work together to support the whole person, not just the job title.
Somatics
Somatic work helps you reconnect with the physical wisdom of your body, so you can notice what you feel and lead from a steadier place.
Storytelling
Sharing and shaping stories builds community and helps you reconnect with your inner self and what matters to you.
Play
Play opens room for curiosity, connection and fresh ideas, and helps groups build trust together.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness practices help ground your resilience, so you can stay present and clear while you lead and support others.
Nature
Time in nature grounds your professional and personal growth and helps you return to your work refreshed and connected.
